Digital Transformation Programme Delivery for Avis

Avis invited Leading Resolutions to review and replan its £9m programme to migrate Avis to a new digital workplace in order to enhance business productivity.

We assessed progress to date summarising learnings, risks and constraints and completed a deep dive on the cost to complete and recommended budgetary adjustments. We also defined ongoing project and governance structure and put measures in place to ensure that the dependencies between BAU and the project were managed and funded.

We developed and delivered a set of remediation actions to rescue the failing programme and introduced structure and controls. As a result, we successfully realigned the strategic digital project from a technically led to a business led initiative with full engagement of the stakeholder community.
