The Challenge

Tasked with reducing cost and increasing speed of service delivery, the Head of IT Services engaged Leading Resolutions to create and embed a new target operating model to underpin the ongoing complex change programme and subsequently ran a rapid tender process to engage the right digital partner for Travis Perkins.

What We Did

Having completed a review of the current environment, we designed a new operating model and associated plan for change.  We then took control of the activity to procure a new desktop support service provider, running a rapid commercial tender process to reduce cost and improve performance as well as working with Travis Perkins on the outsource of their service architecture capability.

Outcome

Our work on the new operating model and market engagements delivered a reduced cost of service and enhanced digital workplace support.
