Cyber Transformation Programme for Dyson

Dyson engaged Leading Resolutions to provide expert business analysis capability to advise and guide the programme to deliver major organisational change in Cyber Security 

Having completed an initial discovery activity and created the programme engagement plan, we worked with the team on procuring new external services and platforms – from requirements gathering through to vendor selection.  We conducted business analysis on the cyber security transformation documenting the the As-is and To-Be landscape, creating the Target Operating Model, drafting the business cases for new security technology automation & tools and recommending changes to business processes and architecture.  We also set up fast track onboarding processes for new Cyber Security starters globally
