The Challenge

Mizuho needed independent guidance and expertise to develop their strategy and roadmap for the adoption of Windows 10 and O365 services. 

What We Did

Our starting point was to capture requirements from an organisation, user, compliance and regulatory perspective and map user journeys across the middle and front office functions.  

We then assessed the readiness of the as-is technology and identified any actions required to migrate to Windows 10 and O365, including recommended business engagement actions – vital to successfully delivering a project such as this.
