Following the acquisition of an automotive services company, there was a need to gain clarity and establish direction for building a fit for purpose IT function within the acquired company.
We were engaged to carry out a due diligence review of the acquired company, engaging key stakeholders to look at all aspects of the people, processes and technology and establish what was fit for purpose and what needed to be addressed. We defined a 2 year technology roadmap to support the business objectives as well as a future operating model including data, applications, architecture, people, delivery methodology and governance.

We delivered a roadmap to transform the IT function with associated costs, plans and resource requirements. We were subsequently asked to provide interim IT leadership to provide hands on support with the day-to-day operation as well as drive the change forward, with a focus on group efficiencies, operational stabilisation and business strategy.
